Garden Pro Landscaping one of Whistler’s top landscaping companies with over 28 years of experience, is now recruiting for the upcoming season!

They are looking to fill  Landscape Maintenance and Supervisory positions beginning in April.

About the Role, Perks and Benefits:

• Starting wage of $27 per hour  (negotiable) with 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• Wages are competitive and reflective of your experience and dedication.

• Spring and fall seasons offer 5 days per week as days are shorter.
• Horticulture Red Seal Apprenticeships and other related courses/training available to those with interest.

• Carpools available from both Pemberton and Cheakamus.

The Perfect Candidate

• Minimum 2+ years. of landscaping experience.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to the full season through October 31st, with interest in returning next season — ask about their retention bonus!
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions and being part of a collaborative team.
• Interest in long-term growth and career development within the company.
• Physically fit, with the ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is considered an asset.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance, including spring clean-ups, mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and weeding.
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
