About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

- $60-70,000 per year based on experience.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Previous hotel customer service and management experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Basic First Aid Course (or ability to acquire).
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership to the Rooms Department to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate operational coverage and approve payroll.
- Manage departmental supplies, equipment, and expenses effectively.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel leaders to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Proactively develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with hotel owners.
- Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and service expectations.
- Maintain high customer service and cleaning standards, ensuring all team members are trained and consistently meeting expectations.
