About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time, year-round, 40 hours per week.
- $27 to $32 per hour to start depending on experience.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Property Management or Hotel experience (ideally with home owners) is preferred.
- Career-driven and eager to grow within a company.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Team player who takes initiative and jumps in to help where needed.
- Valid BC driver license.
- Good knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with homeowners in your portfolio.
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day homeowner communication — keeping them informed and confident that their properties are well cared for.
- Coordinate updates and feedback between homeowners and internal teams (operations, guest services, and maintenance).
- Support onboarding of new homes — organizing property details, inspections, and setup to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor property performance and collaborate with the leadership team on strategies to improve homeowner satisfaction and revenue.
- Prepare and send regular property updates, ensuring transparency and consistency in all communication.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance the overall homeowner experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
