A local real estate office is looking for a receptionist to cover 3 weeks during the month of August.  Build your administrative skills and learn about the real estate industry!

  • POSITION TITLE: Receptionist – RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate
  • DATES: Three weeks during the month of August. 
    • Mon 7th – Thur 10th
    • Mon 14th – Thur 17th
    • Mon 21st – Thur 24th
    • Preference given to those who can work all shifts.
  • TIMES: 9AM to 5PM with an hour lunch break
  • SCHEDULE NOTES: Shifts are expected to last 8 hours. Preference will be given to workers who can do multiple shifts. 
  • DUTIES INCLUDE: General receptionist duties, answering, managing and directing phone calls and emails, greeting clients and answering inquiries. Basic phones; reception. Opening and closing the office.
  • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: General reception experience with a professional, outgoing and warm demeanour. 
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS:  Bring  personal non-medical mask,  hand sanitizer, water bottle, lunch and snacks.  Break time to be provided.  
  • ATTIRE: Office professional – clean and presentable. No jeans or runners. 

RECEPTIONIST WAGES:  $23 to $27 per hour plus vacation pay.

  • Whistler Personnel uses a progressive pay system that awards pay increases based on number of Successful Shifts completed.  The more you work with us, the more you get paid per hour!
    • Tier 1 = $23/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
    • Tier 2 = $25/hr after 10 Successful Shifts plus 4% vacation pay
    • Tier 3 = $27/hr after 20 Successful Shifts plus 4% vacation pay
  • Successful Shifts = be on time, work hard and make our clients happy.
  • All shifts in any position worked with WPS count towards a higher Tier for all future shifts.
