Apply NowDAILY WORK ASSIGNMENTS AVAILABLE:

TEMP: Personal Real Estate Organizational Assistant

  • DATES:  Shifts available on an ongoing basis – Monday-Friday 3-5 days per week.
  • TIMES:  9am-5pm with some flexibility.
  • DUTIES INCLUDE: Personal and administrative assistant to a local realtor. Includes assisting on both a personal and business front – entering data into CRM system, putting together spreadsheets and templates, basic assistance with the website, assisting to organize a personal renovation, general personal administrative tasks and pitching in where needed.
  • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Experienced administrator preferred. Excellent organization and administration skills. Self starter, capable, tech savvy ideally with a Mac. Friendly and hard-working.
  • WAGE: $20-$24/hr

TEMP: Administrative Assistant

  • DATES: Shifts available on an ongoing basis – Monday-Friday 3-5 days per week.
  • TIMES:  8:30am-4:30pm
  • DUTIES INCLUDE:  Provide assistance to the Health Director and staff of Líl’wat Health and Healing to provide administrative support for effective program and service delivery. Including but not limited to promoting & coordinating events, charting, filing and data management, implementing Health and Safety policies, scheduling, working with various computer software and programs etc. Pitching in where needed.
  • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  3-5 years professional administrative experience required. Motivated self starter who thrives working independently and can follow instructions and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Confidentiality is paramount. Friendly and hard-working.
  • WAGE: $20-$22/hr + GAS ALLOWANCE.

TEMP: Front Desk

  • DATES: Shifts available on an ongoing basis – schedule 3-5 days per week
  • TIMES: A variety of AM and PM shifts (8am-4pm and 3pm-11pm)
  • DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting with the checkin and checkout of guests, answering inquiries, general administration, coordinate with other departments, offer concierge services and pitching in where needed.
  • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Strong customer service and administrative background, quick to learn new computer programs. Friendly, hard-working and happy to pitch in where needed.
  • WAGE: $20-$22/hr

WAGES:   $20-$24/hr

Whistler Personnel uses a progressive pay system that awards pay increases based on number of Successful Shifts completed.  The more you work with us, the more you get paid per hour!

FRONT DESK

  • Tier 1 = $20/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 2 = $21/hr after 5 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 3 = $22/hr after 10 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay

OFFICE ADMIN / DATA ENTRY (basic skills)

  • Tier 1 = $20/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 2 = $21/hr after 5 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 3 = $22/hr after 10 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay

EXPERIENCED ADMIN (5+yrs)

  • Tier 1 = $22/hr to start plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 2 = $23/hr after 5 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay
  • Tier 3 = $24/hr after 10 successful shifts plus 4% vacation pay

Successful Shifts = be on time, work hard and make our clients happy. These can be in any temp position with Whistler Personnel.
