Seeking General Labourers and experienced Flood/Demolition Technicians for full-time, year-round opportunities within the Sea to Sky Corridor! About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

- General Labour wages ranging from $20-$25/hr based on experience
- Flood/Demolition Technicians wage ranging from $25-$28/hr based on experience

The Perfect Candidate:
- Fire and Flood restoration and/or demolition and general labour experience in residential and commercial sites is an asset
- Entry level positions are also available – willing to train the right candidate!
- A positive attitude and willing to jump in where needed; strong team player.
- An eagerness to learn and teach new skills; this opportunity provides potential to learn all aspects of restoration and general construction. Lots of cross-training; must embrace continuous learning, teaching and growth.
- Strong communication skills, able to take direction and leads by example.
- Physical ability to complete the tasks; heavy lifting, bending, reaching etc. is required on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Emergency Services (Flood/Demo Technicians): Setting up drying equipment, extracting water from structures, monitoring the drying process and providing customer services to customers, removal of flooring, windows, doors, tile, cabinets, drywall and vanities all while ensuring there is adequate site protection.
- Contents: Pack and document damaged possessions including clothes, furniture, art work and electronics.
- Other: Daily completion of tracking documents, timecards, photos, and other necessary documentation. Assist our flood technicians and content technicians from time to time.
