One of Whistler’s leaders in providing energy efficient and sustainable buildings is looking for a marketing guru to join their team.  Ideally suited for a creative individual who loves all things digital, with experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.  Bonus for someone who is passionate about the environment and addressing the climate emergency through sustainable building design & construction.

Hourly wage negotiable based on experience, a great part-time schedule plus a fun and friendly work environment.   Junior level candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Part-time, year-round.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Some sales/customer service experience is an asset.
  • Some experience in graphic design, interior design, building design is an asset.
  • Bonus for someone who is passionate about the environment and addressing the climate emergency through sustainable building design & construction.
  • Motivated, self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for the details.
  • Friendly with a good sense of humour and the maturity to handle a range of situations.
  • Extremely organized and be able meet deadlines.
  • Be able to handle client and company information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox and basic design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit is an asset!

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Creating Social Media Posts, Stories, and Reels for all company channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc).
  • Growing an audience through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other campaigns.
  • Editing images/videos for posting and working with outsourced designers for image selection.
  • Assisting with managing sales lead: follow up and generating new leads.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and business operations as needed.
