| THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills: |
- Front Desk or Concierge Experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

| RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: |
- Embraces Company’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to help our Members create the best vacations of their lives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Handling guests complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely matter, otherwise referring the matter to management.
- Computer skills, ability to compose and create emails, letters and memos.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

- 40 hours per week.
- Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts.
