About the Role, Perks and Benefits:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week
- 7am start!
- Wage based on experience in the range of $23 -$26/hr
- Work alongside a dedicated, talented team
- Employee Benefits Program 50% – 50% after three months
- A fully equipped 5,000 square foot fabrication plant on 1.2 acres of land in beautiful Pemberton, BC
The Perfect Candidate:
- Physically, fit and able to work on your feet for duration of shifts
- Previous experience in general labour
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Steel toe boots & personal protection equipment mandatory
- Hardworking, reliable team player willing to pitch in where needed
- Valid BC Driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read shop drawings an asset
- Effective communication both oral and written
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well alone and enjoys being apart of a team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Drilling & sweeping
- Movement & organization of materials
- Operation of power tools, hand tools and various equipment
- Prioritize quality work in a clean and organized manner
- Other duties as necessary and happy to pitch in!
