| THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills: |
- Related experience in food and beverage industry (preferably as a barista and/or in a coffee shop) is an asset.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun and safe environment.
- Hands on experience with brewing equipment.
- Able to create latte art.
- Able to work flexible hours which may include mornings, afternoon, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Able to carry up to 50lbs

| RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: |
- Prepare and serve food and beverages by adhering to company standards while also delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and handle all equipment.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sales) system and accurately handle cash and credit card payments while following cash handling procedures.
- Assist with clean-up workstations, set up, and restocking.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company standard operating procedures.
