Luxury property management company Whistler Platinum is now hiring Front Desk Agents / Concierge for an exclusive slopeside property in the Blackcomb Benchlands of Whistler, BC. Ideal for someone who is loves the Whistler lifestyle and enjoys being a personal concierge for guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome. This position offers you ski-in-ski-out benefits and slopeside parking paired with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Starting wage of $25-$27/hr plus benefits and plenty of perks.
About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Full-time or part-time, year round or seasonal.
- $25–$27 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule is typically between 9am-5pm or 2pm-10pm including some weekends.
- May be an opportunity to work 4x 10hr shifts and enjoy 3-day weekends..

The Perfect Candidate:
- Previous front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a calm and professional approach to handling guest concerns.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in property management systems, reservation platforms, and payment processing.
- Knowledge of Whistler and local activities is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach and manage accurate, efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and
- Provide concierge services and assisting with booking Whistler Experiences (transportation, reservations, lift passes, activities).
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and deliver service recovery to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and the guest services team to support room readiness and address issues.
- Maintain accurate reservations, guest details, and pre-arrival information, including special requests.
- Process payments, deposits, and billing, and complete daily reports, logs, and front desk checklists.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the property, amenities, and local area to confidently assist guests.
- Support daily operations, including inventory of front desk supplies and assisting team members as needed.
