Summit Hospitality Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Lead to play a key role in ensuring their guest receive the highest standard of customer service and cleanliness. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be actively cleaning, inspecting, and training team members to ensure every property meets their standard of impeccable refinement. The Perfect Candidate:
- Strong hands-on cleaning experience (short-term rental or hospitality preferred).
- Proven ability to train or support other team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss.
- High personal standards and pride in your work.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple properties.
- Comfortable stepping into both cleaning and supervisory responsibilities daily.

Bookkeeping experience or experience with quickbooks an asset.
Responsibilities Include:
- Complete cleans to a high standard as part of the team when required.
- Conduct detailed inspections of completed short-term rental turnovers.
- Perform touch-ups or re-cleans to ensure units are guest-ready.
- Train new and existing staff in-unit on cleaning standards and expectations.
- Coach team members on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Reinforce and help improve cleaning checklists, systems, and workflows.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively correct them through training.
- Support operations with feedback on team performance and job timing.
- Step in on high-priority or problem units to ensure quality is met.
