Alpine Scaffolding, a busy and growing scaffolding company operating in the Sea to Sky corridor is looking for  Experienced Scaffolder/Carpenter to join their team!

Ideally suited for an Experienced Scaffolder with a minimum of 2 years experience. We are a young, progressive, team that includes enthusiastic ownership – a team that likes to work hard and play hard!

JOB TITLE: Scaffolder
LOCATION: Whistler, BC
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Full-time, year-round steady work.

  • The schedule is 10-hour days, 4 days a week.
  • $35 to $45 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
  • Staff Housing available.
  • Internal paid training.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE – Qualifications & Skills:
  • Scaffolding experience.
  • Valid BC driver’s licence.
  • Physical ability to complete the tasks; heavy lifting, bending, reaching etc. is required on a daily basis.
  • Forklift ticket beneficial.
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, and a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
  • Understanding of WCB job site safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Ability to work with the team through a variety of tasks.
  • Interpret and follow scaffold building plans.
  • Operation of power tools, hand tools, and various equipment.
  • Prioritize quality work in a clean and organized manner.
  • Other duties as necessary and keen to pitch in where needed!
