The Perfect Candidate: 

  • 1+ years working in an office environment with excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid communication skills plus a strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive and think critically in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Organized, able to multitask and prioritize, work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • First point of contact for the firm and provides administrative support across the organization in an accurately and timely manner.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Processing and posting of payments; responsible for reconciling of petty cash account.
  • Establish procedures as required to ensure a smooth flow of information from clients to lawyers/paralegals and vice versa.
  • Managing office supply inventory.
