The Perfect Candidate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Carpentry experience required 
  • Certified Red Seal is a BONUS (and very well compensated)
  • Completion of Trade School is preferred
  • Experience framing, forming and installing siding
  • Finishing carpentry experience is beneficial with keen eye for detail
  • Takes pride in their work with a lot of integrity
  • Basic set of tools is an asset
  • Understanding of WCB job site safety
  • Dedicated, self motivated and a self-starter

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to lead the team through a variety of tasks
  • Interpret and follow building plans and basic blueprints
  • Operation of power tools, hand tools and various equipment
  • Prioritize quality work in a clean and organized manner
  • Other duties as necessary and happy to pitch in where needed!
