About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
- Flexible Schedule: 4 x 10hr shifts = 3-day weekends!
- Full-time, year-round guaranteed hours.
- Competitive wage reflective of experience in the range of $35-$40/hr. Up to $50/hr for Red Seals.

The Perfect Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an automotive mechanic or apprentice.
- In-depth knowledge of brake, suspension, engine, and transmission systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment & software.
- Experience completing accurate repair estimates & work orders.
- Red Seal or equivalent certification a strong asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance & repairs on vehicles.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Use tools & equipment safely.
- Follow shop procedures and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
