Accommodation General Manager - NEW - This new property management company requires a Resort General Manager to manage the day to day operations of its 13 different units. The ideal candidate is a hands on team leader with a strong hotel operations, human relations, owner relations and finance background. You will develop and maintain budgets, create and implement a vision and culture, as well as lead a team of 20 - 30 employees to success! Three to five 5 years experience as a Hotel executive committee member, in Whistler is is preferred. Exceptional experience and knowledge of the front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments is required. Sales and Marketing and the accounting function will be managed off-site.
