Look no further.  A local hotel is looking for a  part time Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to join their supportive team. Share your passion for Whistler  by offering top of the line customer service to guests paired with auditing. This role is ideal for an outgoing, friendly person who is looking to gain more exposure in the hospitality industry.


About the Role:

  • $18 an hour ($2 an hour premium for Night Audit shifts) plus a $300 signing bonus

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Thrives at delivering personal engaged, non-scripted service to resort guests
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills; works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with team members
  • Physically fit; able to work on your feet all day and lift/carry up to 45 lbs
  • Highly reliable and responsible; Must be bondable
  • Secondary school diploma preferred
  • Second language an asset


Duties / Responsibilities include: 

  • Greeting and acknowledging guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring guest arrival and departures are handled in a confident, professional and friendly manner
  • Answer all inquiries promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information is given
  • Making reservations for future arrivals and ensure special attention to details are taken
  • Personalizing guest stays
  • Promote knowledgeable about the Hotel and its features, and the surrounding areas
  • Ensuring guest account charges are correctly posted and settled
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions for guest accounts
  • Balancing and maintaining cash floats
  • Assisting with ensuring smooth arrival/departure of groups
  • Communicating with other departments to maintain a positive guest experience
  • Completing daily audit reports
  • Balancing daily POS, PMS, and credit card transactions & postings
  • Other duties as assigned
