About the Role:

  • Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Store hours: 8am-10pm with flexible shift schedule available
  • Season pass and end of season bonus
  • 15% in store discount

Responsibilities include:

  • Leads and supports the Customer Service Personnel team while setting a professional example
  • Trains and mentors new staff members
  • Responsible for daily deposits and bank reconciliation
  • Establishes positive and energetic work environment
  • Maintains a clean, well stocked store
  • Creates schedules for staff members
  • Oversees all market operations in GM’s absence
  • Acts as liaison between Sales Reps and GM by communicating store goals
