3 Day Weekend!

A favorite local bistro is getting ready for another busy season and looking for a few gems to join their team. Current opportunities are back of house and leadership roles. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong restaurant roots looking to grow and learn as a leader. Back of house opportunities include pizza maker and cook. This high volume location is an ideal location to hone your techniques and unleash your culinary creativity. Offers a competitive wage, great team of owners,  ski pass and a flexible schedule that allows for a 3-day weekends.


About the Role:

  • Flexible schedule:  option for 4 x 10hr days- overtime is limited

The Perfect Candidate:

Leadership Roles

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in the F&B industry
  • Customer service super star – someone that customers remember
  • Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build a strong team
  • Understands how to assess the situation and jump in where most needed

Back of House Roles

  • Quality controls
  • Hands on day-to-day operation of a fast-paced kitchen and its staff
  • Working alongside the management team to continue to grow and improve the business


Responsibilities Include:

Leadership Roles

  • Managing restaurant operations for front of house and kitchen staff
  • Working closely with the owners on a daily basis and play a key part of the leadership team
  • Ensuring the high standard of service and food quality is maintained and improved upon
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the staff
  • Ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld – includes jumping in to the dish pit or cleaning tables whenever needed
  • Coordinate liquor purchases
  • Daily sales receipts reconciliations and deposits

Back of House Roles

  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary training and experience
  • Customer focused and mature, outgoing personality
  • Attention to detail and product quality
  • Natural team participant who knows how to have fun while getting the job done
  • Active and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
