One of Whistler’s busiest realtors is looking for an Assistant. Offering $24 to $25+ per hour based on experience plus awesome perks once you’ve proven your abilities including a wellness allowance and bonuses!  Ideally suited to someone who is enthusiastic, organized, motivated, and wants to learn and build a career in the real estate industry.

Signing Bonus of $100 paid after 30-days.

  • Part-time, 12 to 20 hours per week.
  • Scheduling flexibility; prefer 3 to 5 half days per week.
  • Must be open to work outside office hours based on business needs.
  • $24 to $25 plus per hour depending on previous experience.

The Perfect Candidate: 

  •  1 to 2+ years experience in an administrative role with social media marketing skills.
  • Experience working within the real estate industry is an asset but willing to train the right candidates.
  • Friendly, personable with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.  Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Learns new skills quickly and has the drive to learn and grow within the real estate industry, able to take direction.
  • A big picture thinker who is proactive and takes initiative; motivated and can work independently with limited supervision.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines.
  • Experience creating, optimizing, and distributing content on various social media platforms.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Hubspot (or equivalent Social Media Dashboard), Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems.
  • Experience using Paragon, Weborms, LTSA and eStrataHub is an asset.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assisting during the lifecycle of a listing or purchase transaction.
  • Research on the market, industry news, and community news.
  • Preparation for listing presentations.
  • Marketing preparation.
  • Lead/showing follow-up.
  • Buyer tour organization.
  • Social media and website maintenance.
  • CRM data base maintenance and management.
  • Working with marketing manager and creative specialists on marketing tasks.
  • Able to run errands.
  • Excel on helping our team deliver above and beyond.
