Cathy Goddard

As Principal and General Manager of Whistler's Personnel Solutions, Cathy Goddard has over twenty years of human resources experience.  Recognizing a need for a comprehensive staffing resource in Whistler, Cathy started this employment agency in 1995.  A Whistler resident since 1988, she is dedicated to understanding the distinguishing characteristics of the Sea to Sky corridor's business culture and the unique staffing challenges facing local companies.  After building a thriving employment agency, an outsourcing division was created in 2004 to take things a step further.  Whistler's Personnel Solutions now provides the most innovative human resource services and outsourcing strategies to help local businesses move to a higher level of performance.

Cathy's energy and enthusiasm for everything Whistler goes unsurpassed.  She is a board member of the Women of Whistler (WOW) group, writes a weekly HR column for the Whistler Question newspaper and Vancouver's Employment Paper, facilitates workshops and speaks at numerous engagements highlighting hiring techniques, customer service and management tools.
