Sabine Bell
Sabine Bell, owner and General Manager of Whistler's Personnel Solutions, has over fifteen years of human resources experience, with seven at the Executive and two at the Regional Level. She has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for almost twenty-five years, lived in the Sea to Sky Corridor since 1990 and skied the local mountains since she was three years old!
Sabine holds a Hospitality and Tourism diploma from BCIT as well as BA. She continues to keep current on Human Resources and Recruitment issues by taking courses, attending conferences and maintaining her membership with the Human Resources Management Association.
Sabine became owner of Whistler’s Personnel Solutions in 2008. The agency has been successfully serving clients since 1995. A Whistler resident since 1990, she is dedicated to understanding the distinguishing characteristics of the Sea to Sky corridor's business culture and the unique staffing challenges facing local companies. She has developed a thorough understanding of what excellent service represents and has a great appreciation for all employees, front line, management and executive.
She truly believes that your organization is only as good as your employees – and is therefore focused on hiring the right employees for your company and supporting your efforts in training, developing and coaching them to be the best they can be.
Sabine is also very involved in the Whistler Community. She is a member of the Women of Whistler (WOW) group and the Chamber of Commerce, facilitates workshops and volunteers for many causes.
